Beef Stroganoff



Grassfed ground beef in a creamy coconut and mushroom stroganoff sauce, over sweet potato noodles with a side of asparagus.
Ingredients: ground beef, sea salt, black pepper, ghee, shallots, cremini mushrooms, coconut cream, dijon mustard, parsley, sweet potatoes, coconut oil, asparagus.

Re-heating instructions: Remove stroganoff noodles and meat to medium frying pan. Add dab of coconut oil and heat over medium heat, covered, stirring frequently approximately 5-7minutes or until warmed. Remove, throw asparagus in same frying pan for 1 or 2 minutes and remove to plate. Finish with coarse sea salt to taste. Microwave: 2-3 minutes, stirring stroganoff halfway.
