Blackened Salmon with Summer Salsa


Blackened with a combination of spices, this broiled salmon is topped with a sweet summery salsa and cool napa and citrus slaw with sweet potato rounds on the side.

Ingredients: salmon, ghee, garlic, spices, mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, napa cabbage, carrots, olive oil, lime juice, celery seed, salt and pepper, lime, sweet potato, coconut oil.

Nutritional Information:

Oven- Heat oven to 300 degrees, place fish, salsa removed, on oven sheet and heat, covered in foil, for ten minutes or until warm throughout. Enjoy slaw and salsa cold.

Microwave- Heat salmon only, 1 minute, covered loosely.
