Maple Sesame Chicken and Noodles with Pomegranates and Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Grilled chopped chicken is tossed in sweet potato noodles with slivered brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, and a maple sesame dressing, and served with a side of roasted brussels sprouts.

Ingredients: sweet potato, coconut oil, sea salt, black pepper, chicken, brussels sprouts, pomegranate, almonds, maple syrup, olive oil, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, sesame seed, garlic, coconut aminos, pepper, ghee, lemon.

Instructions: Heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove chicken and brussels sprouts to small sheet pan and reheat for ten minutes, stirring halfway. Add a drop of oil or ghee to sprouts if they seem dry. Remove and top noodles and chicken with sauce.
Microwave, removing sauce first, 3-4minutes, covered loosely. Stir halfway.
