Pad Thai – chopped chicken and zucchini noodles in a “peanut” sauce with Asian flavors, served with a side of broccoli.

Ingredients: chicken, salt and pepper, coconut oil, zucchini, carrots, yellow onion, garlic, ginger, almond butter, sliced almonds, chipotle chili, lime, scallions, broccoli.
