Roasted Chicken, Braised Cabbage and Celery Root Leek Cakes


Roasted chicken over braised purple cabbage and apples with a side of celery root leek cakes.

Stovetop- Heat chicken and cabbage in a saucepan over medium low heat, stirring frequently until warmed. Heat celery root leek cakes in microwave, 30s- 1 min.

Microwave- Heat, covered loosely, 1-2 minutes, stirring cabbage halfway.
